High temperatures for prolonged periods, unprecedented temperature peaks, droughts and tornadoes are worryingly increasing.
The olive tree is a robust plant, used to extreme conditions.
A plant that can benefit from difficulties.
A plant that can teach us a lot. A plant that gives us a lot!
2021 will be a more modest harvest season than 2020 but we are counting on excellent quality having cared for our plantations even more lovingly.
We are preparing for the most beautiful, delicate, fragrant and tasty phase of our production process: THE HARVEST!
And it will be a new poem!
